Walking with Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular, a live show based on the Emmy Award-winning BBC television series, is coming to Arena Zagreb from 8th to 10th of March 2019. So far the show has been seen by more than 9 million people in more than 250 cities around the world.
Designers have worked with scientist to create 18 life-size dinosaurs, including the Stegosaurus, Raptors, and the terrifying Tyrannosaurus-Rex. The production is worth more than 20 million dollars and it includes the newest technology and team of engineers, artists, painters, and animation experts. Each dinosaur weighs approximately 1500 kilos which is, just for comparison, the weight of a standard family car.
Walking with Dinosaurs will show the evolution of dinosaurs’ trough 200 million years of their reign on earth. Visitors will be able to see the transitions from the Triassic to Jurassic eras and watch the dinosaurs walk, hear them roar, and see their fight for survival and supremacy depicted in almost cinematic realism in front of them.
