Video: ‘Cartoons In Applied’ Takes A Look At Early Works Of Zagreb Animators

Zagreb has one of the most famous traditions of animated films in the world, with Zagreb school of animated film being the movement that established standards of excellence for artistic animated films in the 20th century. One of the reasons why Zagreb was able to achieve that excellence was its School of Applied Arts and Design that sprouted generations of young talents. Even though the school of thought is long gone by the turn of the century, its influence still remains in the hearts of most students interested in animation.
