The first sparkling wine, named Pelješka perlica, of well-known Putniković Winery is coming out this spring.
The winery presents this novelty as a perfect blend of handpicked grapes, knowledge, technology and tradition, and something completely different. Currently a limited series of several hundred bottles of Pelješka perlica will only be able to be purchased at the House of Wine Tradition – the representative space of Putniković Winery on Pelješac. The new sparkling wine at a Croatian market is made out of high quality grapes, handpicked in the late summer of 2018 and it will be ready for the wine lovers this spring.
Pelješac, a peninsula located at the south of Croatia, is recognized all over the world for its high quality wines. Although Dalmatia isn’t known for many sparkling wines, quality of Dalmatian sparkling wines is not lagging behind those from the rest of Croatia, so everybody is expecting a lot from Pelješka perlica.
