Zagreb has achieved a new record today! For the first time in the history of the city, we welcomed millionth visitor! A happy traveler was Clare Morrison from Great Britain. Lucky Briton came to Croatia for the first time in her life accompanied by her sister. Two ladies will stay at the Sheraton Hotel for the whole week; they began to explore the best European Advent Destination, not knowing that they will get the award, meet the city mayor or director of the Zagreb Tourist Board. So today, the winner was euphoric, as well as Martina Bienenfeld, the director of the Tourist Board.
‘Zagreb already has 20 percent more tourists than last year. Until the end of the year we will have even better results’ said Bienenfeld.
