‘Klovićevi Dvori’ Gallery Announces Three Autumn Retrospectives

For the upcoming autumn- winter season ‘Klovićevi Dvori‘ gallery announced three big retrospective exhibitions.

The first retrospective will be the one with around 350 works of graphic artist Nevenka Arbanas. It will open on October 4th and cover the entire artist’s creation from the beginning of her work. Selected works include big format prints (in deep press), emphasizing the importance of the Prague and Paris cycle for the artist’s overall creation.

From the 8th of November visitors will be able to see the retrospective exhibition by Nikola Reiser on the occasion of the centenary of the artist’s birth. The retrospective will include all phases of his work – about 200 paintings, drawings, graphic maps. The exhibition, which will be open until February 3rd, will be followed by a catalog of reproductions of works and texts by academician Tonko Maroević, art historian Iva Körbler and curator of the exhibition Danijela Marković.

For the period from 6th of December till March 10th the gallery prepares the retrospective of the painter Vladimir Becić, one of the most prominent representatives of Croatian modern art. This exhibition presents Becić’s paintings re-assembled in Zagreb after 35 years.
