‘I Recommend Votka’ Exhibition to Open Season 2016 at Lauba Gallery

Lauba gallery is staring its 2016 season with an exhibition from Paulina Jazvic as part of their ongoing Croatian Art Today series of showcases.

The exhibition I Recommend Votka will present twenty large format paintings created in the last two years by Jazic, exploring everyday life in a modern society and paintings as a medium of conveying messages. Jazvic has had more than 70 collaborative and 35 solo exhibitions in her career, with six awards behind her for her works. She currently works as a assistant professor at a Textile and fashion design collage in Zagreb.

I Recommend Votka will open on January 21st at Lauba, Prilaz baruna FIlipovica street 23a at 8 pm.

Croatian Art Today is a series of solo exhibitions whose goal is to promote recent art produced in Croatia. So far the series has hosted artists like Zlatan Vehabovic, Lovre Artukovic, Ivana Franka, Kristian Kozul, Kristina Lenard, Bruno Pogacnik, Viktor Popovic, Marko Tadic, Alem Korkut and others.
