This Saturday, May 25th, renowned Croatin film festival Animafest traditionally organizes free cinema-picnic under the starry sky at Zagreb’s park Zrinjevac shortly before the opening of the festival.
All of those who come to the picnic tonight at 10 pm will have the opportunity to enjoy feature-length French film ‘The Big Bad Fox and Other Tales’ by Benjamin Renner and Patrick Imbert, two winners of the Animafest Audience Award. The film is based on illustrated books and motifs from the medieval romance about Fox and besides the great visual work, it also offers a lot of humor and strong emotions.
Next Animafest Open – Air is scheduled on Saturday, June 1, with a selection of award-winning films of the past festival’s edition (‘What a Glorious Cake!’ by Emma De Swaef and Marc James Roels, ‘Fall’ by Boris Labbé and ‘Among Shadows’ by Alice Guimarães i Mónica Santos).
