Some bad luck has befallen Gricevanje, a festival of music and culture starting today on Gradec plateau. The Beat Fleet, one of the most popular hip hop groups in Croatia was going to open the festival today but have rescheduled their performance for Tuesday due to bad weather. But not all is lost as Banana Sound System (fun fact: when Croats are feeling down on their luck they use the colloquial term ‘I’m in a banana’. It makes more sense when we say it, trust us.) comprised of TBF and Stillness band members will spin the night away with their DJ sets in Klovicevi dvori gallery, an impressive venue not often used for parties.
Gricevanje will last from September 24th to October 4th, each night with a different band playing on Tuskanac garage rooftop and Gradec plateau. All events are free.
