Cultural event promoting traditional and contemporary Japanese culture, technology and lifestyle Japan Day will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Mimara Museum in Zagreb with a start at noon.

Just as every year, the event offers a number of interesting workshops, demonstration and tasting of Japanese food, a Japanese language course for beginners, ‘photo booth’ with traditional Yukatas and many things more.

The whole schedule:

noon – 1:30 PM Welcome speech and panel talk of the Croatian Olympic
and the Paralympic Committee, Toyota presentation

1:30 – 3:20 PM Demonstration and tasting of Japanese food
outside the museum

1:40 – 2:30 PM Tea ceremony – lecture and demonstration

from noon until the end of the event – Origami Workshop (break 2 – 2:30 PM)

noon – 1:15 PM Ikebana demonstration at the
multimedia hall
