Ed Sheeran, the popular English singer, songwriter, and guitarist who is winning the hearts of fans wherever he goes just won the award for the most sold foreign album of the year in Croatia!
The musician quickly rose to fame after he made an appearance in Taylor Twist’s album ‘Red’ in 2012 and after the record-breaking successes that followed his releases of first two albums ‘+’ and ‘x’, the third studio album The Divide, released in March 2017 is now the best selling album worldwide as well as in Croatia. He was awarded numerous awards during his career, including favorite pop/rock male artist of the year (2014), British artist of the year (2014), best solo pop performance and song of the year for his ‘Thinking Out Loud’, best album ‘x’ and many many more.
After receiving the award from Croatian Discography Association, he was quick to make a video response with a few words in Croatian and shared his plan to come to Croatia one day! Watch the video below.

Silvije Varga, član Upravnog odbora HDU-a i direktor Dancing Bear Musica, uručio mu je ovo priznanje prije par dana u Austriji, na ekskluzivnom tajnom koncertu za odabrane fanove, a nije dugo trebalo ni da u HDU stigne video zahvale od samog Sheerana. 😉
