For the great finale of Zagreb Classic 2018. this Tuesday July 10, Zagreb locals and their visitors will have an amazing opportunity to listen to the famous Argentine tenor José Cura. The concert starts at 9 pm at the well-known location – Tomislavac Park.
For this occasion maestro Cura, together with Croatian opera diva Evelin Novak and Festival orchestra, has prepared thrilling program that includes works from Leoncavallo, Puccini, Verdi and Catalani. The concert will also celebrate birthday of Nikola Tesla who was born on 10th of July 1856.
José Cura is not only a great tenor but also a versatile artist, this Monday he opened an exhibition of his photographs in Art Pavilion Zagreb named “Life Seen Through The Lens Of The Famous Tenor”that stays open till 15 July.
This is probably the best possible conclusion of this year’s Zagreb Classic that is hosting world class musicians and artists for a third year in a row. See you there!
